QUNIE launches Supply Chain Network Redesign

Tokyo Japan – February 8, 2023 – The Japanese consultancy firm, QUNIE (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ken Tsuchihashi; company referred to as QUNIE), today launched the Supply Chain Network Redesign, enabling the optimization of supply chain networks.

Visualizing the present condition of supply chains, the Supply Chain Network Redesign identifies supply chain issues from four perspectives of supply costs, supply chain disruption risks, GHG and ESG to help businesses redesign supply chain networks after considering all these factors. For the visualization and optimization simulation, the Supply Chain Network Design Application, the digital tool developed by Dutch firm AIMMS, will be utilized to support the analysis and redesign of complex supply chain networks. Leveraging its rich consulting experience, QUNIE will continue to support the optimization of companies’ supply chain networks.
