Digital Planning for Your Supply Chain
- How you benefit from the connectedness of process, data, and technology
In your supply chain management, do you see any problems at all? How are you satisfied with the level of demand forecast, business process efficiency, inventory optimization, KPI management, information sharing, planning process and planning tool implementation? If you have problems regarding any of these, this seminar is for you to attend.
Our observation is that manufacturers in Asia, with supply chains across the region or countries, operate and manage processes only at each of the locations individually. The processes in many cases are operated with Excel manually, without ERP or even with ERP system. While planning coherently with other locations utilizing digital data with advanced technologies including AI, is of the utmost importance for efficient supply chain management, many organizations have not implemented any of these in reality. In this seminar, we will present our insights and tips on transforming supply chain process and supporting tools to effectively utilize digital data.
