Tokyo, Japan – February 27, 2025 – The Japanese consultancy firm, QUNIE CORPORATION (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi, hereinafter "QUNIE") announced today that it has entered into a Referral Partner Agreement^（*）with Cornerstone OnDemand International Limited, a leader in workforce agility solutions.

*Under this agreement, the term "Referral Partner" refers to QUNIE’s role in introducing and referring Cornerstone’s products to potential clients.
