Tokyo, Japan – July 7, 2025 – QUNIE CORPORATION (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi), a consulting firm within the NTT DATA group, today announced that it will change its company name to Fortience Consulting Inc., effective October 1, 2025. This decision was officially approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 5, 2025.

Since its establishment in 2009, QUNIE has consistently provided consulting services to clients operating globally, leveraging deep professional expertise across areas ranging from business strategy and　operational transformation.

In recent years, rapid shifts in the global landscape and the accelerating advancement of digital technologies have made it increasingly difficult for companies to deliver expected results by relying solely on conventional approaches. In this era of transformation, we seek to be a consulting firm that presents a compelling vision for the future of society, guides clients in shaping their strategic directions, and helps them in turning that vision into a reality. To that end, we recognized the need to elevate our firm to the next stage and have therefore decided to change our company name. As a true partner for unlocking new value, we are committed to “value delivery” and “results generation” through consulting services tailored to our clients’ future needs.

Fortience is a coined word combining Foresight, Fortitude, Intelligence, and Experience. It embodies our aspirations for our clients and society: to exercise foresight, to deliver results with fortitude, and to create value with intelligence and experience.

The new company name will officially change to Fortience Consulting Inc. on October 1, 2025. We aim to establish broad recognition of our new brand through the introduction of a new corporate logo, brand statement, a full renewal of our corporate website, and a range of promotional efforts to communicate the new company name.
